Terms & Conditions

For consideration which I acknowledge, I irrevocably grant the right to use my photographs and/or videos in all forms, media and manners for promotion and exhibition of the GreenFinger campaign. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photographs and/or videos. I hereby release my right on behalf of myself, my dependents, heirs, administrators, legal representatives, and assigns to release GreenFinger  to all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the said media and the use of my image including without limitation any and all claims for libel, invasion of privacy, defamation, infringement of moral rights, rights of publicity, or copyright. I agree  GreenFinger is permitted, although not obligated, to include my name, country and personal message as a credit in connection with the image.

By agreeing with these Terms and Conditions I state that I have cleared all of the audio content in my video from rights of use and/or copyright.

I agree not to post any photographs and/or videos that might be disrespectful to others or may in anyway be perceived as harmful or offensive.
